| Annotation | The article studies the current state of detective and security activity in Ukraine with no rules regulating it. At the current stage of political, economic, legal and other systemically important reforms in the state, there is an urgent need for close and fruitful cooperation of all state bodies, public organizations and private entities. Long experience of other countries proves that without involving the general public, including non-state security and detective services, to crime prevention and crime control the effective law enforcement is impossible. Therefore, the experience of states where private detective activity is legally regulated can be used in reforming the actual situation in Ukrainian. |
