| Annotation | Some issues of legislation of criminal procedure of Ukraine are studied in the article. The analysis of its enforcement is provided, the possible methods of resolving problems are indicated. Sharing views concerning the subject of proof, the authors draw attention to establishing the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the crime. The detail causes of problems at the beginning of the investigation are identified. The authors propose wording of two separate investigation acts. The opinion on the prospects of research of the above issues is justified. |
