| Annotation | Major development directions of the Ukrainian legislation on protection of agricultural land are investigated. A proposal to improve the content of legal protection of such lands by way of securing priority of ecological requirements or ecological imperatives over the food needs is substantiated. The necessity is grounded as well as main directions of implementing the ecological imperatives in the norms of the land legislation of Ukraine are determined. |
