| Annotation | This article deals with the survey of participation of the persons who have knowledge of pedagogy and psychology in criminal proceedings. The author examined the Criminal-Procedural Law of Ukraine in the part of legal regulation of getting a pedagogue (psychologist) involved in the proceedings in criminal cases with regard to juveniles; made survey on the nature of the pedagogue’s (psychologist’s) impact on the child who is a witness, suspected, accused in the criminal process. Legislative proposals are developed to detail the procedural status of persons who have knowledge of pedagogy and psychology and participate in criminal procedure of Ukraine. |
