| Abstract | The article examines the current state of the legal regulation of the provision of mineral resources in use, demonstrates its weaknesses. On the base of systematic analysis of the legislation the author defines the conditions of provision of mineral resources in use, which should be fixed in law. The author argues the propositions of improving the legislation that govern the granting of mineral resources in use. |
