| Abstract | The article describes the main aspects of the impact of science on the formation of law functions of the modern labor law in connection with the discussion in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the new Labour Code. Particular attention is drawn to the inadmissibility of the introduction of the social sector law «compulsory», «vindictive» and «repressive» functions, which, unfortunately, in the literature are offered as «a new vision of the modern labor law». |
