| Annotation | Politicization and commercialization of basic problems of environment are investigated by business and government. The necessities to understand the transformation of the considerable part of nature into the man-made one is paid great attention to. The inconsistency of existing different methods or modes to calculate the damage caused by environmental pollution is proved, moreover the system of mutual calculations between a pollutant and a damage is offered. It is necessary to include the insurance companies into the control organization to observe the nature safe legislation. |
