The article investigates the nature of the disciplinary proceedings against public servants in Ukraine and the improvement of legislation regulating the relations connected with bringing public servants disciplined. Done review legislation governing disciplinary proceedings against public servants. The place of the disciplinary proceedings in the structure of the administrative process. The mechanism of bringing publicl servants to disciplinary measures and put forward some conclusions for improving this procedure. The article analyzed the stage of proceedings in cases on disciplinary offenses and suggested author list stages of the proceedings for the normative regulation of the Law of Ukraine «On Public Service».
