| Annotation | The concept of principle of extraterritoriality, some issues of territorial jurisdiction of states under the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms are studied. With a view to practice of the European Court of Human Rights such cases of extraterritorial jurisdiction as establishing effective control of one state over the territory of another one, and execution of the state authority beyond its borders over particular individuals, who are subjects of the conventional human rights and freedoms, are analyzed in the article. |
