| Annotation |
In the article the author continues discussion on unity of court jurisdiction in terms of its doctrinal comprehension. Given the progress of judicial law doctrine the author pays attention to its role in justifying unity of court jurisdiction. Herewith, basic approaches to separate process and procedural component from substantial law which includes theory of legal process, general theory of procedural law and concept (theory) of judicial law are outlined. The author formulates specific features of court jurisdiction unity as well as determines its types. |
