| Annotation |
The peculiarities of legal regulation of associations of enterprises and other subjects of economic activity are studied in the article. Authors draw attention to the issues of equation of different organizational forms of legal entities, set up according to the legislation of Ukraine. Moreover, the issue of necessary granting the right to establish and be members of contract-based associations of enterprises in Ukraine to individuals who are subjects of economic activity is analyzed as well. Special attention is paid to distinctive features of enterprises and other persons in the European Unions. At the same time, cases where subjects of economic activity of Ukraine can be members of European Economic Interest Groupings are also determined in the article. Given the analysis, proposals regarding improvement of Ukrainian legislation aimed at regulation of contract-based associations of enterprises establishment and activity are provided. |
