Annotation | The understanding of the subject of judicial law in the context of doctrinal concept, institutional and procedural aspects of the administration of justice is given by the author. Special attention is paid to the establishment of judicial law as a branch in the system of law, since justice is the basis for organized judicial power. The subject of judicial law is considered as an innovation in the scientific disciplines and in the system of branches of law, which allows to combine three segments of judicial power, i. e. organization of justice, proceedings, and status of persons directly involved in the justice. |
