| Annotation | The tendencies and dynamics of participation of delegations of the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine in the international parliamentary institutions as one of the basics and most general methods of parliamentary diplomacy are analyzed in this article. The important role of parliamentary diplomacy are unfolding in democratic development of the European states, its contribution within the limits of the international parliamentary establishments in creation of the international humanitarian and legal standards, participation in formation of foreign policy of member states, with the account as national interests, so in the European community in a whole. The attention is focused on problems of transition of political parties of Ukraine to standards at the European level, to new democratic forms of the international cooperation that demands improvement in this sphere according to the standard-legal base in Ukraine for the expanded international dialogue. |
