| Abstract | The article is devoted to the legal protection of Ukrainian cultural and natural objects included in World Heritage List. The brief review of such property is considered. Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage 1972 and national legislation of Ukraine are analyzed. Recommendations concerning the improvement of legal status of these objects in Ukrainian legislation are proposed. |
