| Abstract | The article investigates the problem of validity of an international treaty concluded in violation of internal law rules. The main attention is paid to the analysis of art. 46 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties 1969, provisions of which are devoted to complex questions of correlation of international and internal law that has emerged in connection with the representative authority of states in the process of conclusion of international treaties. |
