Annotation | The article dwells upon the issue oh recognition of law as an objective social phenomenon which aim is to change the paradigm of law as a result of lawmaking activity of state that exists in legal science and practice. The essence of objectivity of law is in its actual existence in reality regardless of social subjects. It is proved that objectivity of law does not hinder law-making bodies to actively bring innovations, changes to the law matter. |
