| Annotation | In the article the issues of legal succession of private commercial legal entities are studied. Activities of private legal entities can be characterized by «different legal systems». This fact requires additional development of the general concepts for unification of the current legislation. The author analyzes the general conceptual definition of terms «company» and «enterprise» in legislation and science. It is vital for the modern science to develop the new conceptual definition of «private entrepreneurial legal entity». This concept may be used for standardization of all forms of private commercial legal entities. Currently the above forms of private legal entities are functioning in different legal fields. |
