| Annotation | The scope of the current criminalization of corruption offenses and corruption crimes is studied in the article. Given the analysis of Ukrainian and international theoretical and practical experience of combating corruption, the integrated approach to the analysis of the new law enforcement agency in combating corruption in Ukraine – National Anti-Corruption Bureau is substantiated. Further steps to tackle the problem of limiting the scope of 157 in Ukraine are proposed. |
