| Abstract | The concept of grounds for appeal and cassation in criminal proceedings is analyzed in the article. Various approaches to their understanding are considered. They are stated to be specific reflection of all typical drawbacks of criminal procedural activities common in criminal proceedings. The features of system of grounds for repeal or change of a sentence in appeal and cassation are studied. The grounds for appeal and cassation are determined. Their role in legal regulation and implementation is formulated. |
