| Annotation | The article is dedicated to the current issues of theory and practice of constitutional justice reform and rebuilding the authority of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as a guarantee for the effective state functioning. The stages of the activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in 1996–2015 are identified. The opinion on weakening its authority, starting from 2003 is substantiated. The reasons of weak authority of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in society and state are determined and systematized. The ways and methods of rebuilding and strengthening the authority of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, judges and constitutional justice in Ukraine are outlined. |
