| Annotation | The article is focused on issues related to the temporary seizure of property and arrest of temporarily sequestrated property, as well as their evidence role in investigation. Practical advices in case of temporary seizure of property during inspection, search, detention and search of a person, who committed a crime, are given. The cases not requiring the above measures of securing criminal proceedings are studied. The temporary seizure and sequestration of property is concluded both a securing measure of criminal proceedings and an evidence therein. |
