| Abstract | The need in strict adherence to the Constitution of Ukraine in the implementation of public authority is emphasized in the article. Special attention is paid to the importance of stability and balance of the wording of the Constitution. Forces for systematic review of the Fundamental law of the state are determined. The need in improving the constitutional regulation of the legislative function of the state and therefore parliamentary reform are outlined. |
