Annotation | The article discusses the relations of legal systems of liberal-social capitalism and totalitarian socialism as the latter exists in five countries of survived totalitarian socialism (Vietnam, China, Cuba, North Korea, Laos), where along with the principles of socialist economy, although in different degrees (greater in China, almost imperceptibly in the DPRK), the private property exist and market relations are recognized, however regulated by the State, and the constitutions included provisions on human rights, the separation of powers, the rule of law, previously considered as «bourgeois» concepts. |
