| Annotation | This article covers research around the legal fixation of the agricultural processing cooperative activity. In this regard, the concepts of «processing» and «machining», used in Ukraine legislation, were comprehensively analyzed. Author establishes reasonable correlation of this concepts and their interconnection. Author researches influence of legal interpretation of concepts of «processing» and «machining» on the legal status of the agricultural processing cooperative. The following conclusion about the scope of the functioning of agricultural cooperative was made: these activities would end with the manufacturing of the new agricultural products that were made with these processing raw materials. |
