| Annotation | The author in the light of a retrospective view to evolution of the Institute for Appeals to Public Administration shows its important features and role in public administration. The article studies the peculiarities of legal regulation of the separate elements of the institute of inquiries to the public administration on the territory of Ukraine during the periods of Kievan Rus, Kingdom of Galicia-Volhynia, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Moskovia, the Russian Empire and Independent Ukraine. The number of provisions of the appropriate legal acts and the historic and legal documents are analyzed. The stages of development of the institute under study are indicated and their specific features are described. |
