| Annotation | The article is devoted to investigation of realization of judicial functions by European countries during estate and absolute monarchy. Peculiarities of their advance and further transformation were analyzed. The aim of this work is to identify the peculiarities of periods of estate and absolute monarchy. The investigation of peculiarities of state judicial functions realization was held by the example of England, France and Germany. Separate tendencies of their realization were determined. In conclusion the author describes gradual formation of judicial bodies system in European countries into independent branch of power. Their characteristic features were provided. |
