| Annotation | In the article conformities to law and terms of development of constitutional right are analysed as independent legal science and becoming of new industry are theories of constitutional right. Attention is accented on the fact that in a ХХІ century a constitutional right became the leading field of national public law. A constitutional right has the subject and the object, operates totality of methods, receptions, research facilities, the difficult multidimensional system and structure are inherent it. Essence and maintenance of constitutional right open up in his general and special signs. The functional setting of constitutional right is analysed as a base industry and a core basis of the national legal system. |
