| Annotation | This article analyzes the legal preconditions for harmonization of Ukrainian legislation in the field of competition law to the European Union law. The PCA rules, the Action Plan and Association Agenda for harmonization in this area are investigated. It is proved that the mechanism of approximation of Ukrainian legislation to EU antitrust rules will become binding under the signing and entry into force of the Association Agreement. Current antitrust law of Ukraine was examined, requirements of the Association Agreement to improve the legal regulation of competition in Ukraine were set out. The draft Bill of Ukraine «On State aid to economic entities» was researched in compliance with EU law. |
