| Annotation | The article analyzes legal aspects of the implementation of early recall from the post of chairman (member) of the body of self-government of the Bar. Two types of recall from the post may be determined. Legal nature of the representative mandate of the elected members of the Bar is studied. The list of reasons for early recall from the post is worked out. The guarantees for the proper implementation of procedures for recall of members of the bodies of self-government of the Bar are determined. Recommendations on improving the mechanism of recall of members of the representative bodies of the Ukrainian Bar are given. |
