| Annotation | The article deals with a range of theoretical and practical issues of organizational and legal nature relating to special training of candidates for a public prosecutor’s post in Ukraine, that arise in current situation of reforming the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Ukraine and adjusting its operation to the European standards. One of the ways to overcome these difficulties is to learn and implement the best international practices on issues that arise in the operation of system of professional training of personnel of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. According to the author, proper professional training aimed at forming professional competence relevant to the existing challenges, acquiring adequate professional knowledge and skills by prosecutorial personnel, should be the key to effective implementation of prosecution functions, established by the Constitution of Ukraine and necessary prerequisite for the restoration of public confidence. |
