| Annotation | The Article addresses the key problems of international legal gaps in training of a public prosecutor. In particular, the knowledge of universal and European human rights systems is required. The importance of awareness of the European Court of Human Rights case-law and its application in the activities of a public prosecutor are emphasized. In some cases, the author makes genera lizations based on her own experience in teaching particular subjects of international legal disciplines. |
