| Annotation |
Specific characteristics of the German Bar are studied in the article. Conditions of admission to the profession, monopoly of lawyers to courtroom representation and provision of attor ney’s services are analyzed. Obligatory insurance of professional liability of an attorney, as well as essense of the specialized Bar are defermined. The above specific aspects of the Bar should be introduced in Ukraine. The further cooperation of Ukrainian and German attorneys is emphasized. |
