| Abstract | The article examines the legal nature of trade union agreement to terminate the employment contract on the initiative of the employer. Analyzed the legal requirements applicable regulations and the draft Labour Code of Ukraine on this issue. It is proved that the provisions of regulations have to a greater extent to protect the rights and freedoms of workers. |
