| Annotation | Issues of appliance of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 1980 are covered in the article. Procedure of concluding the contract for the international sale of goods is analyzed. Substantial terms of contract for the international sale of goods are detailed. Requirements for an offer and an accept are concretized. Contract parties' rights and obligations are researched. Moment of concluding contract for the international sale of goods is find out. Sphere of the Convention's effect as well as the correlation of its provisions with the substantive norms of the national legislation is determined. Legal consequences of inappropriate fulfillment of their obligations by the contract parties are highlighted. |
