Article Some Contemporary Conceptions of Law in Russia and Ukraine (in the Light of the Consumer Approach)

Annotation The author highlights general features inherent to understanding of law by several Russian and Ukrainian specialists in the sphere of philosophy and general theory of law: S. Maxymov, J. Permiakov, A. Poliakov, A. Stovba, I. Chestnov and I. Chetvernin. The author elucidates the following particularities of the above mentioned conceptions: а) phenomenon, which is reflected with term and notion of law is of social and no other nature; b) the origin of its determination is inherent in individual consciousness as well as its determination is finalized in the process of reciprocal influence of consciousness of at least two subjects and c) analyzed conceptions are directed to balancing and conflict solution. Problem issues of the above mentioned conceptions are the following: a) some kind of opposition between communicative subjects and the society as a whole; b) exclusion of indirect relations of those subjects and c) exclusion from research subject those causes and factors, which regularly determine the content of communicative subjects' legal consciousness.
