| Annotation | The necessity of system changes to the current Constitution of Ukraine is substantiated in the article. The author suggests the analysis of conceptual shortcomings in section XII of the Constitution and highlights the problem issues which need to be resolved. The article covers some legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine concerning the adoption of the Constitution and making amendments thereto; suggested is the legal mechanism for solving the problem regarding the adoption of a new edition of the Constitution of Ukraine. |
