| Annotation | Theoretical issues on specific international standards as sources of judicial law of Ukraine are studied in the article. Their role and place in judicial law of Ukraine that is a body of law are analyzed. Interrelation of international standards of judicial authority, as well as standards of human rights protection is identified. The effectiveness of international standards of judicial authority at national level is determined. The system of international standards of judicial authority is outlined. The international instruments dealing with standards of judicial authority are characterized. The proposals on further harmonization of domestic legislation on judicial structure and status of judges with provisions of relevant international instruments are formulated. |
