| Annotation | The article is dedicated to theoretical and practical aspects of regulation of relations in information society. The issues of law enforcement in the field, as well as conceptions of methodology of legal regulation of information relations are studied. Given the legal doctrine, the concept of regulation of information relations, relations of intellectual property being integral part thereof, is analyzed. General provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as norms of civil legislation cover information relations. Given the above, the author concludes that information is always associated with intellectual activity and can have any form perceived by a person directly or via technical means. Resulting from intellectual activity, information may be both an independent object and a product of creative activity protected by intellectual property law. |
