| Annotation | A number of substantial contradictions between some provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Economic Code of Ukraine is mentioned in the article. It significantly impedes unity of legal regulation of the same type of property relations. It has both theoretical and methodological reasons. The proposed program of research is aimed at finding ways to overcome such legal gaps, especially applying methods of comparative law, as well as empirical methods. |
