| Annotation | The essence of political and legal values is found and the content of national system of political values is defined. The connection between political and legal values and social norms is established. The necessity of building a working model of political and legal system through involvement of a potential of basic values is justified. Modern conditions of the political and legal development of Ukraine are researched. The main problems of the Ukraine's political and legal system's transformation of value character are distinguished and analyzed (the necessity of the providing for transition from the imaginary to the real law-making process; the overcoming of the devaluation generally political and legal values - equality, fairness, responsibility, approval of the citizenship as a prerequisite for the formation of the developed civil society, ensuring social consent basis on the harmonization of social interests). |
