Annotation | The article considers the main principles of civil, administrative, economic and criminal procedural law; their comparative analysis is carried out. Basic procedural principles defined the principles of the rule of law, legality, and equality of participants in a trial before the law and court, competition of the parties, disposal, spontaneity, openness of the trial and its complete recording by technical means. It is established, that these principles apply with the same content in all procedural branches of law. Proved is the possibility of their unification in a single Code of Judicial Procedure. |
