| Annotation | The article is devoted to the analysis of the law of interaction of legal systems as one of the currents of the legal comparative science. The author offers his own definition of the interaction between legal systems and considers such key notions as «interaction» and «legal system». The author singles out such kinds of interaction between legal systems as mutual influence and mutual enrichment, domination and conflict. Among forms of the interaction between different legal systems the author considers such forms as harmonization, unification, integration, coordination, implementation, approximation, adaptation, transplantation. |
