Article Interaction of International and National Air Law Concerning the Security of Third Parties' Interests

Annotation Provisions of national air legislation of Ukraine and international legal rules on guarantying the complex protection of the third parties' interests in the aviation activity have been analyzed in this article, particularly in the conventions adopted on May 2, 2009 in Montreal. The analysis of the states' approaches to conditions of ensuring the liability of aircraft's operator taking into consideration the interests of both the aviation industry and third parties, that are reflected in national and conventions rules, have been conducted. We consider the concept of «third person» in national law and international treaty agreements in terms of legal protection of the third parties' interests in case of damage caused by an aircraft accident.
