| Annotation | Based on the analysis of jurisdictional practice of interpretations of the provisions of the Section XIII of the current Constitution by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, and resolving by it the questions of the constitutionality of laws on introducing the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine and providing the opinions on the draft laws on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as the practice of submitting the draft laws on introducing the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine by corresponding subjects and legislative regulation in the Rules of Laws of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, there have been examined the questions of introducing the amendments into the Constitution of Ukraine and the ways of ensuring their constitutionality. |
