Annotation | The article covers the key reasons for the formation of parliamentary republics, provides the analysis of their main features, examines the place and role of the legislature in the system of separation of powers of the states based on three key aspects, namely: institutional, functional and subjective. Particular attention is paid to the interaction and relationship between parliament and government in a parliamentary republic. The author analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the models of separation of powers in these republics. |
