| Annotation | The article deals with investment relations in the construction industry; their elemental composition is analyzed. The article defines the scope of the investments, which is the construction as an economic activity. The subject composition of these relations is analyzed, the forms of the participation of citizen (foreign citizens), companies (foreign companies) and the state in these respects as investors are found out; the role of the state as a party in these relations is defined. The article defines the features of the object of investment relations in the field of construction, contents and their legal bases.
