Annotation | The article characterized the phenomenon of constitutional law as a science, discipline, and a field of law. The author specified the prerequisites for the formation of this phenomenon, analyzed the origin and development of the domestic territory of the relevant jurisprudence and academic discipline. Attention is given to the constitutional right to a public and legal sector, its current meaning. The attention is focused on the features of constitutional law expressed by the meaning of the constitutional and legal responsibilities in constitutional law. The Author's position on the existence of different sub-sectors of constitutional law is covered. |
