| Annotation | The article offers a generalized notion of defect in relation to different concepts, which are used for denotation of imperfection in NLA. It is claimed that the main reason for the shortcomings of the current regulatory framework is non-compliance of Lawmaking techniques and rules of law-making technology. The basic varieties of defects of NLA in Ukraine are examined, differentiation of that comes true on such criterion, as a level of expression (to the display) of defects in NLA. The clearly expressed, partly expressed and hidden (latent) defects and their types are shortly characterized. Attention is drawn to hidden defects; their examples are provided. The author suggests tools for prevention, elimination and overcoming these disadvantages, depending on their specific features. |
