Annotation | This article provides the analysis of various aspects of legal doctrine and national legal practice of scientific understanding and practical implementation of the theory of civil society. Namely, taking into consideration a general definition of doctrine the legal theory of civil society is studied through combination of international scientific knowledge about its origins, definitions, characteristics, principles, elements, nature, social purpose, correlation and interaction with the state. Exploring civil society in the light of national practice analysed are the law making, law enforcement and law implementation activity of different subjects in its inception, existence and functioning; their accumulated practical experience; objectives, goals, functions, methods and results of their activities; internal and external forms of such activities that get manifested in law making and law implementation; external links of such activities. |
