| Annotation | Philosophical and legal approach to the reasoning of legal doctrine aimed at the creation of its meta-theory is presented in the article. The analysis of legal doctrine as a special way of reasoning and existence of the law, which has special ontological and epistemological foundations, methodological tools, philosophical and legal justification is performed. The experience of legal doctrine reasoning in the national jurisprudence is supplemented by the works of the Western philosophy of law. |
